• A 50% deposit or credit card number is required to hold a reservation. American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, or Cash are accepted


• Check-in time is between 4 and 8 PM. Arrangements must be made in advance for later check-ins

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM


• Due to the antiques, please no children or pets


• No smoking or open flames are allowed at the Inn
• No red wine, hair dye, massage oils, or any other staining materials permitted in the guest rooms.
  


• Only registered guests allowed in the guest rooms

• Guests are responsible for returning the keys upon check-out. A re-keying expense will be charged for lost keys.

Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. In the event that you must cancel, change dates, shorten your stay or make any change to your confirmed reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% bookkeeping charge, if a 14-days notice is provided. If cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival, the deposit (less the bookkeeping charge) will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for the entire length of your intended stay.
